4 oz medium ground beef
S&P to taste
2tbs butter - melted
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
Onion - Sliced thin AF
1 tbs Yellow mustard
2 slices of American Cheese
1 tbs of water
Brioche Bun

Ball up the raw burger meat
dash Worcestershire sauce
Roll S&p on burgers
Heat Butter in pan
Add burgers to hot cast iron pan
Put onions on top and smash into thin patties
Dash the fish sauce on the onions
Let crust form on burger meat. 3 min
Flip Burger. Cook 3 mins to allow crust to build
Add mustard on burger and flip
Cheese slices - turn off heat, add water to pan and cover for 2 mins to melt cheese
Pan grill buttered brioche buns.
